Spare Parts Management for PV Power Station Inverters
Inventory Control Optimization (01/2025 - 02/2025) | Prof. Yao Cheng
- Developed a multi-objective optimization model using CTMC and NSGA-II to optimize microinverter spare parts inventory for cost and sustainability in a Phoenix, AZ PV station; validated via Monte Carlo simulations, reduced lifecycle costs by 12.9% and carbon emissions by 20.9% vs. zero-inventory approaches.
Evolution of Operational Risks in Xiamen Maritime Supply Chain
System Dynamics Research (10/2023 - 06/2024) | Prof. Haidong Yang
- Developed a system dynamics model to simulate the evolution of operational risks within a three-tier indicator system, revealed that different risk subsystems display distinct trends. Recognized as an Outstanding Undergraduate Degree Dissertation.
