The main site is static and does not provide payment forms or newsletters. Comments are powered by Waline. Comment data and interaction counters are stored in Neon PostgreSQL and accessed through the Waline service deployed on Vercel.

Email is optional and is used only for avatar matching and reply notifications; it is not displayed publicly in the comment area. The comment service may also process an IP address, browser, and operating-system information for rate limiting, abuse prevention, and moderation.
